Alison Couch trained with The Devon School of Reflexology, gaining a Level 3 Diploma with Distinction and recently extended her skills, by completing her Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) course.
A full member of the Association of Reflexologists, Alison offers Traditional Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage, to clients across Exeter and the surrounding area.
For your convenience, treatments can be at your home or at my tranquil treatment room at Regus, on the Eastern edge of Exeter. Alfresco treatments are also popular in the summer months.

Gentle pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet, stimulating a healing response. Improving flow through the body’s organs and systems, helping reduce congestion and restore balance.
Hand Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy, with its roots in the ancient power of massage.
